GHK-Cu and collagen in cells

Collagen production increased in cultured cells. The experiment didn't measure a change in anyone's skin.
Copper passing through skin samples
Hostynek, Dreher and Maibach · Inflammation Research · 2011.
This measured copper, rather than the whole peptide, in removed skin. It didn't test a benefit in living people.
What topical GHK research leaves open

The review describes limited clinical evidence and problems getting the ingredient through skin. Familiarity doesn't fill those gaps.
How BPC-157 moved through animals

Movement and breakdown were measured in rats and dogs. Those findings don't supply a schedule for human use.
The limits of the BPC-157 healing evidence

A growth-hormone response in volunteers

Healthy men received ipamorelin into a vein. A growth-hormone response doesn't establish a lasting benefit or describe other routes.
Ipamorelin after bowel surgery

The trial didn't show a clear benefit on its main measure: how soon patients could tolerate a meal.

BPC-157, injectable GHK-Cu and ipamorelin acetate are nominated but withdrawn. Ipamorelin acetate also retains a 503B Category 2 entry. Withdrawal isn't clearance.
